The windows face west. The apartment is fully ready for living and equipped with all necessary household appliances – refrigerator, induction stove with oven, coffee machine, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and TV.
The building is managed by a homeowners association, so utility payments are relatively low, and the apartment has individual heating and water meters. A parking space is also available.
When signing the rental agreement, the first month's rent of €350 and a security deposit of €350 must be paid. In addition to the rent, utility payments must be paid according to actual consumption.
