Long-term rental of a 2-room apartment in Liepāja, Laumas district, Ziemupes Street 6. We are looking for neat and responsible tenants who will keep the apartment in order and are seeking housing for the long term. There is a parking space for a car near the house.

The rent is 280 EUR per month. Additionally, utility bills and electricity must be paid. Utility costs average around 150 EUR per month in winter and about 60 EUR per month in summer.

A security deposit of 280 EUR is required.

The rental agreement is concluded for at least one year, with the possibility to extend the contract by mutual agreement.

Pets are not allowed.
